Lifting Sling Belt care and maintenance

The flat Sling Belt, also known as the “W” type, is made of the highest quality synthetic fiber and the most advanced weaving technology and equipment in the world. The Lifting Sling Belt is stitched by different stitching methods. The Lifting Belt has a Lifting weight range of 0.5-100 tons and a Lifting length range of 1-100 meters. Can be made according to customer requirements: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 times the safety factor of the sling. And the international standard color to identify different carrying capacity, and can be distinguished according to the bandwidth.

The Lifting Sling Belt is also known as “R” type, and it is made of the highest quality synthetic fiber and the most advanced equipment and technology in the world. It is mainly composed of a bearing core and a sling protective sleeve. The bearing core is arranged in parallel around the pole, and the protective sleeve is connected to the ring by the special wear-resistant sleeve to protect the bearing core.

According to different Lifting environment requirements, the Lifting Sling Belt can be divided into common type, fireproof type, fluorescence type, light detection type, high strength type and combination type. Production range: 0.5T-2000T.

1, RH high strength Denimar type: also known as high strength hoisting belt, using high-performance fiber production, weight is 1/4 of the ordinary hoisting belt, diameter is 1/2 of the ordinary hoisting belt.

2, RK type: also known as fireproof sling, made of high performance, high temperature resistant polyamide fiber. The applicable temperature is -40 ℃– 180℃ above zero, and the weight is 1/2 of the polyester sling.

 

Combined hoisting belt rigging: through the combination of different rigging fittings and hoisting belt, the combination of different uses can be assembled. The common combination structure is divided into single leg hoisting belt combined rigging, double leg hoisting belt combined rigging, three-leg hoisting belt combined rigging, four-leg hoisting belt combined rigging 1. Sling tools should be centrally stored and managed by special personnel. Users should be familiar with and correctly choose sling tools. Discarded or unqualified sling tools should not be stacked or used on site.

2. Classification storage, soft rigging and steel rigging are stored separately.

3. After each use of the sling, the workshop team leader shall take the following protective measures:

A) Synthetic fiber sling and hoisting belt should be stored in A place far away from heat source, ventilated and dry, without corrosive chemicals, and away from direct sunlight or other strong ultraviolet rays;

B) Heavy objects shall not be pressed on the sling;

C) Specially designed sling shall be placed on a dedicated sling frame.
